Show HN: Uncracked City, detective game where you question LLM suspects that lie
Salem, the morning after Halloween. Meg Ashcombe, the last of her family, lies at the foot of her grand staircase, one slipper on the thirteenth step, the front door bolted from inside. Half the town says the Grey Captain finally took her.
Every case happens in a real neighbourhood. Find the clues, open what is locked.
02
Question the suspects
Ask your own questions, typed or spoken, in any of the game's six languages. Each suspect answers in their own voice. Some of them lie.
03
Catch the lie, then report
Hold a clue against a statement. When the lie cracks, write your report: three tries, not one more.
A world tour to learn. Then the real cases.
Paris, Rio de Janeiro, Marrakech, Tokyo, Sydney: five training levels, each harder than the last. Then come the real cases, harder still. Each one shows how many investigators have solved it. For most of them: nobody. Not yet.
Nobody has solved it yet
One city, one secret
The first time you open a case, you fly there across the map. Solve it, and its city is stamped in your passport.
Venice
Lisbon
Edinburgh
Amsterdam
Cusco

A question, a bug, a suspect's line that goes wrong: write to us. In the game, “Flag” under a line sends it to us directly.
The game is played without an account. To erase everything: Settings → “Start over” → “Erase everything”. Without the phone that created your player, write to us.
